My interior roof light came on while I was driving, and will not go off. Any ideas, or similar experience? Thanks.

 

open up the doors and check the plungers. one of the wires might have popped of the plug. carefull when removing they are only plastic

 

Make sure you didnt accidently nudge the light control on the dash. You should have a control that lets you adjust the light brightness of the dash lights/console lights and if you have this rolled up to maximum brightness, there is an additional setting that will turn the overhead light on. If you roll it all the way down....when rolling it back up, you will feel a slight resistance before the overhead light is turned on. It is located to the left of the steering wheel.

 

Thanks for the replies. I actually discovered that the entire overhead light is a pressure switch i.e. you press on the lens, and it turns on the rear overhead light. I had some clothes hanging on those ridiculously placed clothes hooks, and they must have bumped the light. Thanks again.
