I installed an Air Raid air intake yesterday. It took about 30 mins and was easy. To early to tell on gas mileage but, it does give off a nice growl when you have your foot in it! My Magnaflow exhaust should be here next week so she should be opened up and breathing better. I'm just hoping for a few more MPG's!

p.s. I was having a rough idle before I put it on, it seems to have steadied her out.

 

"Theoretically" an intake is supposed to HELP give you better gas mileage.

Problem is that people put them on and start driving the truck harder instead (assuming it added more power) and that eats up more gas which gives you the opposite outocome of what you were hoping for....meaning you get worse gas mileage

So if you drive it easy.....you should see some better MPG
