My truck is completely stock [:@] and the tip looks like that. I wouldnt put too much thought into it, maybe a check up at the dealer or with somebody you know at a muffler shop who knows what to look for. Or maybe just sniff the exhaust fumes...haha. I was racing a v8 mustang in my maxima a few years back (naturally he passed me) and I could smell gasoline in my car from his exhaust (windows were down). Maybe I'd have won if the windows were up...
