Exhaust Opinions?
I can't decide and it may be personal preference but what would you do?
Flowmaster Force II Exhaust, SUV 50, 2.5' in/3' out, approx. $250.
OR
Flowmaster Dual Exhaust, SUV 50, 2.5' in/2.25' out, approx. $305 (based on ebay with mandrel bent pipes).
Personally I would call Delray Beach House of Muffler and get your Flowmasters from them. ( Best Prices I've Seen Anywhere )
Then go to your local muffle shop and have them install a custom setup for ya.
It'll save you some cash maybe and plus it'll be installed at that price to.
I bought a flowmaster delta flow 40 for $54 SI/DO and had a local shop install it for me,.. it ended up costing me about $112 for the install so about $170 total.
Good Luck.

I did go to 2 exhaust shops (Meineke and a local guy). Both wanted around $500 for custom SUV 50 series flowmaster install. You're right though, I could probably get the muffler itself for a lot less than what they'd sell it to me for.
Thanks.
Thanks.
I was contemplating a stainless system (magnaflow) but to me, nothing sounds better than flowmaster. Thanks for the info. though, I knew this was more about personal preference.
I was just wondering if their is any difference under the 05+ dakotas based on which engine your using?
I see kits say they fit this specific models but what do they do different that would require unieque exshast.
I would do a gibson personaly but the force II looks good too, and unless I miss understand the kits should have the properly bent pipes so it should be fairly easy to do yourself.

Probably not, since the fuel tank takes up the left side of the undercarriage. So the exhaust has to go down the right side. A dual out would cross to the left side over the rear differential. Make sure if you get a kit, it is made to fit around your tow bar if you are so equipped.
