Ugh, so you want an automatic Viper truck.

In my opinion, that was the WORST thing Dodge ever thought of. Gosh.

 

Yeah, what is it about American Trucks and automatics? It took me forever to find my dakota in a six speed. Then I was thinking about getting a Ram Sport Quad cab but it only comes in an automatic and they list the tranny as a $1200+ option! Not sure how it's an "option" when it's all that's offered. I don't get it. Same with them only offering the HO engine in the Dakota with the automatic. Drives me nuts. On these forums everyone is always talking about all the things they do to increase power and acceleration but no one seems to mention that having a six speed is the cheapest performance upgrade there is! I will NEVER buy an automatic truck. It's crazy to me that to buy the SRT 10 in a club cab you have to pay extra for an automatic

 

BTW. Are SRT10s really going for 32k now?? Last I saw they were still around 50k....

 

yea yea i know.. viper powered ram in quad cab form with automatic..

i'm never looking to be the fastest and i love the room and looks of a quad cab ram. if i can get a one with a viper engine for $32k over a regular ram, why not?


and yes.. they are going for that cheap now. almost all dodge dealers around my area that have ram srt's are around that price

 

Hey where do you live. That's a great deal. Like I said, I can't find one for less than 50+. Might have to get one, as it's cheaper than the regular Ram.

 

I saw a str-10 I could of sworn it was a 6 speed....
