Look in your owners manual it explains the steps to take. Call or write Chrysler. Ask another Dealer for help. Stand out front of the Dealer with a sign explaining how they Suck! . You get the picture I'm sure Be obnoxious!

Just had my 4th set of rears put on at 15500 miles. I've been fighting with the dealer and once the dealer sends in a report to Dodge ,they won't reverse what they say . Then they say your on your own and you pay for it.

THREATEN THEM WITH A LAWYER IF IT HAPPENS AGAIN, AND BAD PUBLICITY. IT WORKED FOR MY DAD WHEN HE BOUGHT A VAN TWENTY YEARS AGO FROM A DEALERSHIP THAT WOULDN'T FIX THE PROBLEMS.

I too have had success with a law suite. They settled a few hours before court, and paid lawyer fees.
