bkj,,I'm running the same setup under the hood,my truck is mineral gray and I have an Extang tonneau except mine is a Club Cab and a ST,Great minds think a like,,,,,,,,,,LOL

i have the same plastic one. the only difference is where your iat sensor is. i relocated mine down the tube in frt of the heat shield but just behind the filter cone. that way it is out of the heat some what

what about the crank case vent what do you do with that?

Welcome to DF! If you can, look at the dates of the thread before making a post. The last post in this thread was over 7 years ago, better to start a new one.

Anyhoo..you will need to reconnect the crankcase vent. Off the shelf units, K&N, etc, will have provisions for reconnecting it, if you make a homemade on, you will have to add a fitting to reconnect it

sorry about that on the older post , got tied up reading and forgot, thanks for the info. mopar man for 30+ yrs. and counting. Anyway ordered one off ebay 15min. ago. Thanks

Thats where I got my first one from. No problems with it, but a member on here was selling their K&N so I got that for cheap.
