I took my truck into the dealer today to have the brakes checked and the motor noise that sounds like a diesel. They called me about an hour latter and said that it will be in there till atleast tomarrow. they found abunch of tsb's on it and they are going to fix everything from what they said. hopefully they fix all of it right and get rid of the noise.

 

don't count on the noise being fixed but please post what happened when you get it back. thanks

 

i have all kinds of problems....my accelerator squeaks at half throttle on the outside of the truck and i cant figure out why...plus my back wheels sqyeak but only in reverse? i dont wanna spend the money asking whats wrong...maybe i'll take off the wheels and clean it i dunno? sucks cuz its only 31K miles

not at all...but i bought it used from a car rental agency...they supposedly took good care of it...but im pretty sure i had all these problems this march when i got it

 

Well I got it back today. They told me they did a bunch of tsb's on it but didnt change any parts. He also said that 3 mechanics and the head service manager drove the truck and cant find anything wrong with it. I dont under stand this. first of all how did they do a bunch of tsb's and not change a part? second, they didnt even drive it enough to get it warmed up for the brakes to act up or even the motor to get warm. 4 people drove it around and only put 2 miles on it? this is crazy. I want to know what they did with it for 2 days. I want to know what all these tsb's where.

Canadian? no, im from Florida. why do you think that? They didnt charge anything, just the agravation of not having a truck for 2 days. they wouldnt give me a loaner so I had to use my girlfriends truck that has pink stickers all over the back window and she had to stay at the house. I got funny looks at school. It was funny.

 

What did your receit say for the work performed?
