Default keyless entry

Anyone have trouble with theirs? Every morning I press the button one time and nothing happens, I press it a second time and it unlocks both doors. After that, until the truck sets for a long period of time it will work fine. I told the service dept. and got the famous "can not reproduce" answer.

I noticed mine sometimes takes a few extra pushes to get it to unlock. Depends where I am, there may be alot of interference. Well there are worse things that could happen than an extra push on the keyless to happen.

my first though was that there was some inteference, but now I have noticed both doors are unlocked instead of just the divers side. This leads me to belive that the first push is being acknowledged just not unlocking the door.

No problem with my stock keyless entry when I got my '05 back in early 2005. Soon after that I got Clifford's best security system installed with the works, including a power window closure feature that when the system is armed, any open windows will close automatically when leaving the truck.

the only problem i had was when i got out of my truck and shut the door. the unlock was ok. went to get back in truck and door semi locked. did this twice now when i leave truck running i always roll the window down, for that time at night when i want to warm it up alittle on those zero degree nights getting out of work
