Lol, ok, sorry Grizze.

I liked the idea of lifting and lowering... too expensive though.

The calipers on the truck I saw were pretty well hidden. :-\

They looked nice as all hell though.

i got the leveling kit and am working with 315/75/16 bfg all terrains and have a little rub when i go lock to lock. i wouldnt go any bigger with out a lift and virused you have a 2nd gen or a 3rd gen cause there is a huge difference and u say u got a suspension lift so we are talking stock. r u 3rd gen or 2nd gen?
Would you have any pics of your truck showing your BFG A/Ts? those are the exact tires I am looking to get in the very near future. Also, I do not yet have the leveling kit - I suppose I will need at least that to clear the 315s? I'm not too worried about the lock-lock because I try not to turn the wheel that far anymore

is it just a little rub with the 315's? is that on a 4x4 or 4x2? Mine is 4x2 thats why I am wondering. I have always had rubbing on all my trucks front tire as long as it isent too bad I dont mind it. Do you think you would be able to tow without it siting on the tires?

Would you need spacers or anything to fit really wide tires on the trucks?

315s? That's insanely wide.

With the Fabtech lift I have, and most other suspension lifts out there, you need a different offset to be able to fit the tire without rubbing on the upper control arm. It is hard to find good looking wheels to fit our trucks, and on top of that, to find one with the correct offset. I ran into this situation when I found my current wheels. I liked the look of black wheels on my silver truck, however, the offset wouldn't work. This is the solution:

http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/Wheel...spagenameZWDVW

People call them spacers, which they are, but these spacers are different from traditional spacers in the fact that they are more like "hub extenders" if that makes sense. They bolt on to your existing hub, which extends it out 1.5 inches. They also have another set of lugs/lug nuts that you use to connect your wheel to your hub. When I first saw this, I thought it was kind of a cheap solution to my problem, but I was willing to give it a shot. Sure enough, they work like a charm. In fact, they hold up so well, about 3 weeks ago I was offroading and came down off of a backside, into a turn which applied enough pressure to make my rack and pinion explode, but the hub extenders were perfectly fine. I guess that's billet for ya!

As always, just my $.02

virused you did exactly what i did except i took off the studs completley extended them and put actual billet spacers between my wheels and the studs. i didnt know they sold premade extenders. i now wish i had looked harder and for the rb it isnt cause of width it is more cause of height and it isnt too bad as for 4by vs 2by mine is 4x4 but with the 3rd gens it doesnt matter cause dodge made them sit at the same height and for pics none cause right nw the navy decided to send me to groton, ct instead of horable discharge so all my stuff including the truck is with my wife in chicago. all i have out here is my 2nd gen i just bought lie a month ago. as soon as i can take and upload a pic i am gonna
