Default 4.7L 1/4 mile time, gas grades???

I am new here and I dont know of this was asked or not.
I looked all over and could not find 0-60 ~ 1/4 mile times for a 2005SLT (four door)4.7L dakota.
I found on motorweeks website a 2door laramie AWD times. It was like 0-6= 8.somthing 1/4mile was 17.2 seconds.
I found a 2 door st RWD that did the 1/4 mile in 16.1 up to 16.5 secs. I cant seem to find any four doors.

also, inorder to get my rated 230Hp 290ft tourqe do what type of gas do I need to run? 87? higher? whats the difference between the grades of gas? does it increase Hp? what about milege? I may sound like I dont know a whole bunch about cars, but I didnt learn everything in my autoshop.

Any help would be great,
Thank you.

my 05 4.7 cc runs a steady 14.2 14.4 in the quarter. but i have aftermarket cams and pcm. out of the box 17.0 is kinda slow. most people run 89, i have to run 93, 87 is just junk.

Can you post your slips please? I find 14.2 out of one of these boats hard to choke down. Don't get me wrong, I'd love to see it happen...just hard to believe is all.

I did a 16.95 @ 77mph. It would have been faster, but I had slowed down to find the damn line. I saw a bunch of other lines before the finish line. I'm working on getting some stuff to increase my speed and lower my time.

Also, my truck seems to like 89 octane the best, which seems to be the consensus for most of the 4.7's...

LOL. I guess Portland International Raceway is two tracks combined drag/oval. I guess the lines represent part of the oval or something. THere were a lot of lines toward the end.

On my HO, a while back I noted that I was using 87 b/c I didn't feel any diff. from 93 (91 is reccommended for the HO).....But I've changed my mind over the last several months....I am only using 92/93 now and there is a difference--I went back to 87 a few weeks ago and I couldn't wait for that tank to end so I could replace it with the 93!!!
