Should've done a search....I posted way back in October or November of 2005 that it fit. I was the first person to do it actually.

The rear seat bolts & shape looked exactly how it did in my old '04 Dakota Quad Cab.....low and behold....it was the same.

I bought it thru Crutchfield, so even if it didn't fit I could've sent it back for a full refund

That sounds like a sweet idea....don't get me wrong, but that's if you're going strictly for (louder) sound

If you want a stealthy/hidden box that won't take up space, then the MTX box is what you want.......you won't get the same sound as a big box, but it adds some REALLY NICE bass with a good sub (like the JL Audio 10W1v2)

Nah I hear ya on that part (not being able to flip up that seat). It didn't bother me though because like I said....I hid my amp underneath that part and then no one can steal it...lol...cuz it won't flip up.

Why don't you put your spare stuff by the tire jack on the other side?? There's quite a bit of room back there actually.

Hmm.....nice location for the amp (same place I had mine), but the sub box looks too big
