My wife Jeep Liberty had that problem before we traded it and was the Transfer case that they needed to replace.
At that speed and same kinda noises. Not sure if it's the same problem with urs.

man, i cant believe nobody beat me up over the "noise" I typed...
nightrunner, the feedback you are getting is common. a few ideas to get rid of it... Shielded RCA's, make sure you have a common ground. (on our trucks chassis is good enough.) and also make sure your ground is a good connection. scrape paint and stuff. you know thedrill. other than that. your head unit may be feeding back through the power wires.

Frenchy...are you referring to a noise while driving or while cranking it to start it up? I'm in PA and it's been around 5 the last few mornings and it's made a weird screech when I crank it. Once it's running, it's fine, it just doesn't sound real great when it starts.
