Wow. The only mechanical mods I've made are very recent, to include a K&N drop in filter and a Flowmaster Cat back...still, I thought that 12mpg involving mixed hwy/city was pretty bad for a 6 cylinder 4 X 2, even with an automatic (and thats BEFORE I modded)...looks like a dealership trip for me although I have no clue as to what would create such low mileage...

I used to get a pretty consistent 15 MPG on my old2004 Quad Cab 4x4 V8. I just filled up this morning, and it looks like I got 16 on my 2006 Quad 4x4 V8.
I was thinking 16 was good. Damn, if I could get 22, I'd drive it everyday...

Have not calculated mine but I know i'm not doing that bad because I dont fill up that often, and I baby it 60 on cruise control highway. I stay the speed limit because it is still faster than when I lived in socal and went 5mph every where
Yeah I'm down to 16.2 MPG on the overhead console since the (back to factory) 3.55 gear swap
That's doing about 75mph on the (mostly) freeway and a little bit of city driving....geez
I'm begging my ex-g/f to let me drive the Redline again to school.....it's gonna kill me ($$$) to drive this truck!!!!!
