Just kidding...I hear ya....I thought about getting them last year, but realized I had a 4x2 and I probably wouldn't ever use them, but they would fill in the holes in the bumper nicely...oh well

 

I could have used them already, I almost got stuck in some deep sand, I had to get the tires spinning as fast as I could to try and motor though it and it slowly worked

 

I was wondering if anyone could tell me where the tow hooks would mount on a 3.7 Dak and if it would require drilling, welding, etc.

 

they bolt on the front of the frame, same as a 4.7 dakota

 

Yeah just bolts....if you buy the Mopar Tow Hooks, they come with the hardware (and instructions IIRC)

 

thanks i thought they would just bolt on i haven't looked yet its been pretty cold here in chicagoland, but take a look at my other topic about flying the flags if you guys haven't yet, I need some ideas to mount some poles to fly the flags. thanks again

 

yeah I think i'm going to get some of those, last time I went off roading I needed them, but didn't haver them grrr...good things to have to pull *cough*FORDS*cough* things out of the mud
