My o5 Dakota in the shop
I hate that low washer fluid light. The truck makes such a big deal out of it, beeping noises, turning on the light, you'd think there wasn't oil in the motor or something as severe...
dude that sucks. you guys should do what i did. pull all non essential fuses that trigger these bells and whistles. they are just robbing power from the engine. the first thing that went on mine was the annoying selt belt warning alarm. i could tell right away the difference in power that mod made. probably knocked a full .093 sec off of my 1/8 time. in fact, that's probably the best mod i've made. right next to pulling the carpet out of the truck. that chopped 18 lbs. totally worth it.

dude, just trying to think outside of the box. how many times do you think Edison heard those remarks from his friend before he invented the microwave oven? exactly. to each his own my fellow badass DAK owner. a rolling stone gathers no ivy.

Well got my truck back after putting in a cat and it took a 1/2 day for the check engine liht to come on here we go again!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Any one know the lemon law on used trucks?
not shure what you mean by who wants to run it. They say DC is giving them the infomation. Also I am leaving it up to them tchange the gas cap because its under there coverage. I was just wondering any lemon laws that my apply to my sistuation.
Lemon law willl not apply to used vehicles. But the general federal warranty rights act does. Legal action can still be taken on their inability to repair the vehicle. But it's going to take more than one or two trips before taking such action. Give them a chance to fix it. If they can't fix the vehicle after a reasonable amount of attempts take it to another dealer. If they can't fix it either then it's time to start making noise.
It also helps to WRITE a letter to Chrysler and sent it via certified mail to their custmer service. Outline your complaint and that you expect the vehicle to be repaired. Sadly this is about the only thing that works as a phone call isn't a certified means of communication. A certified letter can be verified and indicates to them your seriousness.
