That's the one I bought. I think it's great. I only paid $210 for it from a company that's in Pheonix. I can't remember the name. It was about a year ago.
BTW, the $210 included taxes and shipping, the tube, filter and the sheild.

That part # refers to just what you see in your photo...The filter and heat shield only---So, with that one you could hook that up to the stock air tube---Or you can buy their MIT (Modular Intake Tube) that replaces your air "hat" and accordian-style tube and use it with this 300-165 part. Or you can buy it as one whole part (as mentioned above, but that's a different part# 300-175, as pictured here:
