No problem that's what these boards are for right? Yep, that's exactly where the water pump is.

Yes, the A/C adds a good amount of load to the engine. The throttle body doesn't really change as far as thethrottle plate goes. The part that you hear is the IAC (Idle Air Control) allowing more air to bybass the throttle plate to compensate for the added load.
