Yeah man the 4 Lo is awesome in the snow, I work at a golf course and we were out driving through the snow, clearing a path for 2wd trucks, and while making a turn got caught up in 4-hi, popped it in 4-lo and it took me like 2or 3 minutes but finally she just walked right out. But I got that path cleared.

Drifts are much fun indeed.... add in the mud from repeated passes and voila!!! You got one slippery run around on helluva big playground...
Where I work provides a pretty decent mud / snow opportunity. (Gravel stock yard for road cnstr.)

I had to find out if the lil ole Dak could run a mound of gravel... It can, did and still does... pretty nice run if you don't mind a mild incline on extremely loose gravel... Use 4Lo though, anything else gets you a free chain pull out... I wont mention the driver of the ford truck who tried that one..

Someday I will have to steal the wifes phone and get some pics of those piles... love em... GOD I LOVE EM!!!

And the mud... did I mention the mud... when it rains... it calls to us... soflty... sweetly.... "Come play" it says... and we do.... Hard...Did I mention its 200 acres? MWAHAHAHAaaaaaaaaa

Lol, nice Eric. And this was where? Perhaps I can get my friend to drive his car through it, til he dies. He'll try anything once.

I really wish I woulda got the 4x4 now, my 4x2 sucked in the snow on the way to school today... I mean the snow wasn't that bad and the truck handled good, but I can forsee it getting stuck in bigger snows... anyway I might add its alot different driving a Manual Truck in snow than an auto sedan.
