wanted Jetchip stage 1 05 dakota 4.7l
Don't waste your money. I installed a Jet StageII along with a 180 stat and it did nothing performance wise. And I already had in place Flowmaster dual exhaust, K&N CAI, Fastman TB, Autolite 3923 plugs, 93 octane gas. In my opinion I have very expensive paperweight. Before and after dynos showed about 1-2 hp improvement. Not worth the investment.

as far as dyno runs go, mine was good. what you need to do when you dyno the truck is look at diff rpm ranges, noy just the final out come. you may be pulling more hrspwr and torque at a diff rpm then only at the end. most people just look at the final outcome and say thats it. but at a lower rpm range it could be greater then a higher rpm range.

I am not sure how off a G-tech is, but mine showed a significant gain. Its final HP was not great, but mid range power was decent and lowed end torque was a big difference...
Most people dont reset their computers and then dont see any gains. They dont feel the difference as the computer relearns since the gains are gradual...
I am leaving it as this, Some people dont see or "feel" the gain, and others do. I tried to be as objective as I could be when testing mine. I cant find the original post, so I cant say what the gains were or werent...
for all you new guys who werent around, maybe go back and look for the post... I cant find it, so maybe you can...
