Any suggestions on where to get an electric fan, and how much do they actually give you in terms of HP/TQ?? Also, I can get a custom tune done for our trucks (once the module comes out) for around 500. This tune changes every parameter that is available including shift points and all. Is it worth it to for the extra 250 over a stage 2 jetchip???

I've been looking at the fans in the auto stores that run about $125. Some of them run about 2500 cfms, which dusty said was a good number for our trucks. I think that you have to get the mounting brackets or make them yourself though. I've also read that they free up to 15 hp. Go to Summit Racing and check it out or check out flex a lite. They're suppose to be the big name in electric fans.

I bought this one a while back, Lot of people say it's the same as the Flexalite Black Magic 150. I bought the Proform from Summit for around $120 the Flexalite runs around $80 more. Both these fans seem popular with the Mustang 5.0 crowd. I haven't installed it yet, still have a lot of other stuff to take care of right now.http://www.proformparts.com/mistore/...pany_id=100719 http://www.flex-a-lite.com/auto/html/black-magic.html ,,,,,,,Here's a pic of mine.

Have you tried to see if this fan lines up easily with anywhere that can be bolted and not look like a$$??

I haven't messed with it. Test fit would require removal of fan clutch and shroud. If I went that far just as well install it. As for looks, some people would think it was cool just to have the mod. I guess it's accordinghow you define" Looks likea$$ ". It can be clamped or holes drilled and bolted on , I'm going to bolt it unless it's a huge pain in the butt. It suppose to seat right up against the radiator.
