what the top speed for our trucks....lets just say thought best friends life was in danger tonight and i just got back to stillwater after goin to claremore and back....dont want to get into details, and no, alcohol and/or drugs were not involved...just dont feel like gettin into it right now...but the truck stoped at 107

Hmm... I don't know I've only had her up to 90 so far... not too comfortable yet taking turns on 696 much faster than that...

If I'm not mistaken, I believe the governor kicks in at 107-109mph on the new 3rd gen Dakotas.... my 2nd gen Sport Dak I had up to 117mph, and then a governor kicked in..... my 2nd Gen Motorsports edition also saw 115+mph in.....I never hit a governor in it, but I really didnt push it either...

Yeah, you can remove it if you reflash the ECU. I'm not sure if the jetchip changes it or not. Basically it is just programmed into the ECU and you just need to remove it or change it.

besides the fact that i made a 100 mile journey in 60 minutes not knowing if i was going to be playing baseball game next tuesday with my best friend of if next tuesday i was going to be a paul bear. then have to drive back and by the time i get back its time to get ready for class and the fact that i pulled an allnighter wed night-thurs morn to wrap up an essay....other than that im ok....but ya, things are better

Well, I'm glad you are going to be playing baseball instead of the other! It's better that you are tired as hell than to have to schedule in a funeral. Maybe I'm just an optimist though!

i topped out at 118 and dodge says with the right flashing the truck will see 130. but 118 is fast enough
