just make sure the battery is always charged. it would suck needing it on the side of some busy interstate and finding a dead battery and still having to do it by hand.

we just bought two corded impact wrenches for our new lighting truss assembly...and passed on the battery operating versions for just that reason...didn't want to deal with dead batteries when we needed them.

Yeah, that would really suck. You pay $200 - $300 for the gun and it's dead when you really need it.

If I'm really feeling that lazy though I will just call roadside assistance and they will come do it for free for the next 5 years! lol!!

That's right! I also have a 10 year / 100,000 mile bumper to bumper warranty that my dealer threw in for free, a free3 year tire and wheel warranty which replaces them if they get damaged, and free GAP insurance.

The warrantyon my truck is normally 5 year / 60,000 mile bumper to bumper. That's another reason why I went with the Jap Crap Dak!

I had nitrogen installed in my tires replacing heaver and moisture ridden air. It is not affected by temperature and the PSI will not fluctuate. Unless you break the bead or have a bad valve stem you don't need to check your tire air. The ride is smoother and I picked up 3/10 mpg from the get go. Pulse life time refills on repaired tires or replacements from my dealer. Ya I know it was a strange thing to try out but so far I’m liking it.

where can you get nitrogen put in your tires...do your standard tire shops and dealers stock it?

i might look into that at the next tire rotation...

If you guys are lookign for a good, cheap 12v corded (15' I think) impact wrench go to

www.harborfreight.com

I bought about 5 of them a year ago for $20 each, they work pretty good. Not something I would use daily, but great in emergencies and brake jobs, etc.... Also they come with all the lug-sockets and a case.

A lot of tire shops are starting to use it. I do know that Costco has it though.
