Default NAV volume is too weak

Hi, I just bought a Durango Crew with 430N plus NAV. I found the volume of direction voice indication is too weak and can't find the way to adjust it. If I adjust music volume, I do hear the louder voice, but music is too strong.

Any way to do it? Thanks.

Default Volume

I have a Citadel with the same issue and have not found a way to change it either.

Take it back for warranty repair claiming it is "broken".

When they swap it out, it is not likely they will use the 430 and instead will swap it back in with the 73X.

Google gives me the answer. Turn the volume **** when voice indication is playing. The Nav will memorize the setting next time.

You can also press the speaker icon in the upper right corner of the nav screen and use the **** to turn up the nav volume.

I have the 730n in my Durango. I didn't think the nav program would be any different between the 430n and the 730n but I guess so.

I had the same problem but it's VERY easy to fix. The NAV has it's own volume setting, different from the stereo volume setting. Just turn up the volume using the steering wheel volume control at the time when you should be hearing the NAV audio.
