Ordered my Dark Charcoal Pearl on March 9th and received it April 29th. Have not seen many around here in MD. My biggest issue was I wanted the HEAT because I liked the R/T but didn't want to spend the money and got the one that looked like it without the extras but anyways the dealer was not too familiar with it so when he ordered it I was constantly on the phone with him correcting the order. Small headaches to save a decent amount of money over other stealerships....

 

Update from my end

Still no word on when our R/T will be made
I was being told D status from our Dodge dealer. I have called Dodge direct the last coupe weeks. They told me on the 11th of May that on the 10th the status was changed to D1
So I called again this week they tell me there is no more info available and told me to check with my dealer.
In meantime yesterday i did a search on Dodge website to see if there was any local to me as no R/T models were showing on the website locator in past. Yesterday 25 R/T models are showing within a 200 mile radius of my house. Best part is my VIn ends in 707758 and 707436 and 707437 are less than 200 miles from me. SO I go to dealer yesterday and they tell me truck is still in D status and no available information.

Kinda got me pissed now in what is actually going on. Dodge says there is no delays
The Dodge rep for my dealer will not give them any return calls or info.

Ordered on March 19th and nobody has any info.....great way to start off the purchase of this vehicle.

 

On Monday my dealer told me that mine should go D1 by the end of this week. This came from his sales rep. I checked with him today and it was still in D status. Only 2 more days for this to be true. jdloyd01, any update on yours?

I feel your pain double d mods. It's frustrating to see R/Ts going to dealers lots to just sit. You would think they would build sold orders so they get some exposure on the street. Especially when they can't tell you why it's taking so darn long!

Yeah, I was waiting for the weekend, but my was on a train heading south (to MO) Monday should be at the dealer by Friday. My sales guy is going to push to get it out the door as soon as possible. He told me he would call when the truck shows up.

Got a Black R/T. Ordered on March 8, Received on May 13. I feel your pain.

 

ITS HERE!!!!!! Dealer called and said it will be the next vehicle in the shop. I can go get it tonight. I'm now seeing if I can clear my plate to go get it.

 

Congrats on your new vehicles. My dealer called me this morning to tell me mine went D1! I can now see it on insight. Estimated delivery is June 6th. jdloyd01, let us know how you like it. I still haven't seen an R/T in person.

 

I'll have more later (pics and such), just got back from the dealer. The first time I heard the Hemi wind up I shuddered. Its been a long time since I've been in a V-8. Best sound in the world.

I was surprised by the nav unit. Inital reviews said it was not the Garmin unit, but my (430 radio) is.
