Not 100% clear on your question, but R/T with the leather group has memory with the keys. seat positions, mirror settings, and radio presets are tied to the key. This may be your issue

Here's the deal. If you have an R/T with keyless ignition, the seat/mirror/wheel memory and radio presets are tied to the driver 1 or driver 2 memory buttons on the door. Each fob you have for the vehicle (up to 7) can be linked to memory 1, memory 2, or not linked.

When setting up presets for driver 1 you must set everything FIRST (the seat/mirror/wheel memory and radio presets), then you hit the 'S' button and then the '1' button. This will lock all current settings into memory 1. Radio presets do not automatically update the recall. If you ever want to change a preset station, you MUST repeat the S-1 procedure. The same goes for position 2.

Any person can completely jack up all the settings, but once you hit the recall 1 button, everything goes back to the last time you actually set it.

My wife and I had to learn this the hard way, so please follow these steps.

For storing favorites however, make sure you are on the correct Driver 1 or Driver 2 settings before storing favorites or you'll be storing them for the other driver.

You're welcome. Like I said, we had to learn the hard way after losing our own favorites and radio presets. It's much better now.
