I purchased a 2011 Heat 3 weeks ago with a dealer installed trailer hitch.

Actually turned out fine.

Problem is.. got rear-ended thanksgiving weekend and that plastic now needs to be replaced. I'm hoping the repair shop can do it right.

Just a side note, that hitch saved my durango from lots of damage...
