Anyone know the differences between these two headlight housings? I saw an R/T last night and the HIDs on it looked very crisp and clean and I was wondering if there is a different lense in there or something with the housing? Just wondering if anyone knows the difference... If there are some major differences I may be in the market to buy the housing to keep the nice crisp look that the R/T had with the HIDs.

 

I think they have projectors?

 

The R/T has projector headlights for the low beams. If you look at the Heat and R/T during the day, you will see the low beams are quite different.

The heat has a black headlight housing as well just not the projector lenses I guess..

 

Both heat and rt have black headlight housing...rt has HIDs, heat does not.

 

Anyone interested in selling their R/T housings? lol

 

Give it a bit, there will be cheaper aftermarket projectors in no time. I owned the Heat for a bit and had the very same thought; swapping out for R/T projectors. Now that I have an R/T issue solved
