Default Projector Foglamps

Just curious as to if anyone has used them on their D's or previously on any cars? Benefits/problems? What brands are good and what will fit on the D? I am doing a full HID conversion for low beams and fogs and I am going to do my fogs with a projector then eventually getting R/T projectors for the low beams. Thoughts and advice is appreciated!

I did a quick look under the bumper the oem fogs look pretty big and deep so if you retrofit a projector in there you can probably go with something badass maybe fx-r or morimoto h1's. I would not buy aftermarket "projector" fogs, they are almost always garbage expect a few blazer fogs but then again your retrofitting. keep us in the loop on how you go about this I plan to tackle this myself eventually

got a reply on an inquiry from the Acurazine forum which I'm a member....

Appreciate your inquiry! As per a 2011 Dodge Durango, I carry universal micro h3 HID foglight projectors (smallest on the market). They are a universal application, so they can be installed in almost any vehicle. Definitely the best performing foglights on the market, and I utilize them on my own vehicle.

You can view more details here:

In terms of performance, I would rate them just a step below the mini h1 headlight projectors very slightly in terms of width. But as far as auxillary lighting, not much touches them.

Please let me know if you have any further questions, thanks again

Regards,
Terrence from Sportsautotech, LLC
