The muffler can be found at http://www.cmperformanceexhaust.com/...lers/cm-81425s. There's room for a 16" if you want a more mellow sound but I liked the 14. It actually sounds more loud in the video - it's a nice sound in person. Cruising at 75 sounds nice, very little drone even when the MDS kicks in.

@merc26 - CM Performance Exhaust, Margate, FL, just north of Ft Lauderdale (Banks Road). This was a fabricated system...so to build all components and install cost $690 total (that's for all stainless steel, custom fabricated X-pipe, mandrel bent, 4" tips). I paid $800 for a magnaflow system out of the box/installed for my Ram...this system is much nicer. I don't impress easily and I was very impressed. This guy is the best in Florida.

Wish you lived in SoCal, I'd buy the stock R/T exhaust from you.

Nice job on the set up.

6point4...the stock exhaust is pretty good, better than that on the Citadel or Crew. I honestly made the change more for better airflow than sound - the RT is still a bit restrictive. I've seen strong gains in the MPGs.

You may want to consider a less expensive/easier option - you could delete the resonator all together and go straight pipes back to a couple nice maganflow mufflers. The 16 or 18" will fit

I'll end up doing something just not sure what but a "take off" R/T exhaust would
be close enough that I'd go with one if I could find one. Curious as to what exactly
is different.

When I had my Charger R/T I swapped my stock exhaust for an SRT8 exhaust and
it gave me just what I wanted, a little more flow and a little deeper/louder tone.
Coupled with the Mopar CAI it sounded real sweet at start up and when I hammered
it. That's sort of what I'm looking to do with the Durango. It's my wife's daily driver
and the kids are always in it so she doesn't want it too loud but thinks the stock crew
exhaust could use a little help. She loved the way the R/T sounded.

I'll have to crawl underneath soon and see what I can do, maybe replace the center
suitcase muffler with a couple of flow masters.

do you know what the stock size exhaust is?? I just want to remove the muffler and throw a flowmaster muffler on but need the inlet/outlet size.

Thanks
