I had the same issue with my iPhone. I took it to the dealer and they said there was an update to the radio system to address this issue. Since the update it works fine.

Chrysler has a TSB for this issue. The TSB is 08-036-11A. If you would like to PM with an email address I can send you the file & download instructions.

I just got your PM, I'll carry on here in and also PM you back.
First, a slight note: I'm not trying to play down the dealer techs but Unfortunately I need to question if the dealer has properly performed the update. (there are great techs and there are bad techs). This is only because I have helped several people that thought it was done but it wasn't. (yours may have been but I need to verify it, hope that you don't mind but I need a starting point). Do you have access to an IPhone or Ipod? If so can you plug it into the docking cable and see if Uconnect can read and then start playing it? Thanks for your patience here. If this all works out then we will continue with the needed info below.

So during streaming audio, the music is playing fast (choppy) correct? Which Samsung Galaxy phone do you have? Go into the settings menu, then you should see a spot for "about phone". Please give me the SGH (or SPH) # please. Also the SW and Android Version. Which network carrier is the phone on? I have seen this with several phones and the update has helped most of them. (but some it didn't). It's something in the phone. With the provided info I can try to assist you further.

I am having the same issue. Both iphones (3gs 5.0.1 OS) and the iPad (1st gen 5.0.1 OS). When the devices are plugged in directly there is an error. Any help on doing the update is appreciated.
