You all make vaild points, but while disassembling and reassemble the bumper/front there are no wires that can get pinched/damaged. The HID kit was plug and play so their was no tampering with factory housing. Like I said b4 the HID install has no correlation with my D's issues (according to the Chrysler/Dodge Techs). I spoke with the Chrysler Field Tech this past weekend and the issue is related with the abs module. It keeps failing and they are trying to figure out why?

So I received D back from the the dealer yesterday. They put of a total of 50 miles on my car while they were trying to fix it. I spoke with Chrysler field rep and he told me that he wasn't sure if the work he did would fix my D. While he was down here TRYING to fix D he was also consulting with an engineer back in Detroit. Both of them came to same conclusion that the work may or may not have resolved the issues. This is the third time, for the same issues, that my D has been in and out of the dealership service department.

I have a 2011 Journey Crew. Periodically, it won't start. Brake pedal is stiff and push button start does nothing. Radio, bluetooth, everything else works. It even at times says "key not detected". How is the key not detected when everything else works. Just won't start. Let it sit awhile and it will again start. Have had it to the dealer. Supposedly it was fixed and would "never happen again". Has left me 3 times in the last 2 months. Anyone else had similar problem?

butchbj,

Yes. There are other posts on that issue. IIRC, it may have something to do with the wiring above/near the spare.
