Yeah! I guess it is regional.. I can't find anything on my local dealership sites like that. I even asked about it. When I got my wifes Town & Country last year they included that (for 3 years) - but for my Durango they said nothing was available.. yet another reason to move to Florida.

My understanding is that it was included for 2yrs by DODGE for the '11 models. The lux versions got 3 yrs.

Estimated value for the 3yrs was $1000.

Then it was cancelled. Then again, '12 MSRP's are lower than '11 MSRPs so maybe that was it?

Any '12s with this now must be a dealer/regional thing I guess.

I had found a page on the dodge site that listed the 3yrs for our citadel, but I can't figure out how to get back to that page now.

Send a PM to DodgeCares on this forum - if you give him your VIN # he can tell you if you're eligible for the 2 or 3 years of maintenance. He posted on a similiar thread a while ago and was able to tell me (I'm not eligible.. '12 SXT) but if you're not sure he's the answerman for that!

I know I am eligible. There's a line item for it on my window sticker.

"No-cost Maintenance Plus"

Happy,

You or anyone else who receives maintenance care should receive something in the mail within 3 weeks after taking delivery of the vehicle outlining what you got, what it covers, and how to use it. If anyone has a question as to if they have it or should get it you can PM me with your VIN and your question. The original offer was on the 2011 Durango Citadel and the 2011 Journey Lux for 3/36 Maintenance Care Plus. Many dealers offer free maintenance as a selling tool as well because it gets you back into the dealership after purchase.

We bought an '11 Citadel the week before thanksgiving. The finance guy got me at a weak moment and I fell for the $1,200 maintence plan without doing any homework. On the ride home I started to have regret and when I ran the numbers I REALLY regretted it! I called the next day and cancelled it. Now I see this and I'm REALLY ticked that they nearly got one over on me.

Double checked my sticker and sure enough the maintenance is on there.

Man, I felt like I was being put through the ringer there too. They just don't want to take no for an answer. $400 for tire protection??? Even more for "LuxoCare" ?

I said no to everything....

Yeah, I said no too, but then he broke out what he said was the maint schedule. By that schedule it made sense. Then I looked at the maint schedule in the manual and it wasn't even close. I would have eaten about 800 on the deal. Then to see free maint for three years and I probably would have eaten about 1,000. It isn't like this program just came out, so those f'rs had to know!
