Its for both, they are exactly the same engine.

K&N site shows only 2011 but it fits both. No changes were made. But websites only show it as 2011.

I actually just got back from store picking up paint for it. Kind of got caught up putting wood floors in my house. Its too windy today in Vegas to do it but hoping sometime this weekend.

very unlikely that a cai will yield any noticeable increase in fuel economy
