I know this is 2 years old, but if you are watching this or get replies, what resolution did you get to this. I have a 2012 durango citadel and have the same exact issue. Dealership says they are working (lol because there is no code being thrown), but you can have them on high and drive for 30 mins and not even know they are on. They told me they arent aware of any flash updates. Just curious what resolution you had, might save me alot of time and aggravation.

I'll just add that if it's really cold out and you have a heavy coat on, you could easily drive for quite a while before feeling the heated seat. Not much you can do about that.

By 30 minutes, I'm usually switching them to low. Something doesn't sound right about yours.
