Yea, I'm keeping my eye on what is going on with that product/company. Looks like we have at least one member that isn't very thrilled with what he got and the customer service associated with it. If they take care of the problem and improve their apparent lack of customer service, I may be interested. Until them, I'll wait for another option...

I'm aware of what's going on with that and after hearing both sides of the story I'm pretty sure you'll see is an issue with installation. I will tell you that they sent a second set of could at no cost and only asked that a different place install. Same place did install against their request and he got the same results. If you're interested but concerned about customer service then give them a call yourself.
