Default Cracked Water neck- leaking radiator fluid

Type: 2012, V6, Auto SXT
Current mileage: 2,500

Problems/issues:
- water neck on front of motor has crack in it and leaked all radiator fluid out onto belt and front motor cover over time.

comments/notes: luckily i noticed it when i went to fill the washer fluid for my wife. Pink/white splatter all over front of motor and airbox from where it leaked down and hit spinning belt. I could clearly see the water leaking from the water neck. Dropping off at dealer tonight before 7pm so they can work on it in the morning. They topped off my fluid and advised not driving heavily from now until then.

They did offer a ride home if I needed but I had my daughter and car seat and all things needed for her in the car so it was easier to take car and return when wife gets home with second car.

My Durango R/T recently went over 10 months and 5,000 trouble free miles. It hasn't seen the dealer since I picked up the paperwork for it.

Problems/issues:
Steering wheel shake/shutter between 67mph-72mph
Passenger side front lower speaker rattles at moderate volume

comments/notes:
D goes in today for resolution. Hope it's a wheel balancing issue. Speaker grill may need to be reseated for rattle to stop.

Starting to notice the same on the passenger side speaker. Taking it in Friday for oil change and alignment, so I'll ask them to look at that as well

Wheel balance and 4 wheel alignment worked. Goes back on Friday for speaker and rear hatch rattle. Before interior of vehicle warms the plastic on the inside of rear hatch "taps" the glass when going over bumps. As the interior warms the "tapping" goes away. Hmm...

Glad to hear that your ride has smoothed out. I am sure the plastic is a minor fitment issue.

So after getting the Durango home from the dealer yesterday and in the garage, I noticed that under the drivers side headlight the bumper was sticking out slightly. I compared to the passenger side, and saw that it was flush. I can push this part in, but it wont stay, so will be taking it back on Monday. Also, last night when I went to close the sunroof, the auto close wouldnt work. I had to hold the button down. Auto open worked fine, and then it would auto close. I let it sit for a bit closed, then opened it again, and had to hold the button down. 2nd time, opened it, then auto close work. Will have them look at that too.

None

comments/notes:
Really nice, wish it was a Hemi but the V6 really has good power, and fuel economy is very high, cruising at 70mph at 26mpg or better. The mid-level stereo/navigation is nice without breaking the bank. Every Saturday morning I fold all the back rows flat and let our four Italian Greyhounds hop in the back to have a joy ride to McDonald's to pick up breakfast.
