That is one thing I have noticed with dodge. Seems there is a lack of customer follow up. When I had a Scion they always checked up and anytime I had an issue it was effortless. I never even got a follow up at all or even a dealer rating questionaire.
Depends on the dealership. Every time I buy a Dodge I get annoyed with all the calls and surveys from both Dodge and the dealership.. Never have a problem when issues arise either.

If you want to rate a dealer, service, or product at anytime you can go to Dodge.com and select contact us. You will get a response.
As an answer to joecool335's original question about the part number. I just traded in my gen 1 for a 2011 crew, (a previous rental unit). No start button, so I had the local Dodge dealer order one for me. The part number is 1-1FU931X9AC and works just fine. ($13.50 including tax)
