Has anyone every had an issue with this? Or know of this being a problem.

I have no idea what it is or where it is but it happened to me twice now and the first time the dealership blamed an engine starved of engine oil on me changing the oil myself and voiding the warranty.

Put a brand new engine in, 5000km later same thing happened, this time i did not touch the engine and they blame it on an oil galley plug that came out and drained the oil.

Anyone heard of this before?
