I placed a deposit to build a Citadel Durango the way I wanted it, planning on taking it on spring break with my sons. The dealer told me he should receive it in time to take on the trip. I just found out it won't be delivered until after we leave, which is in one week. I'm tempted to cancel the order. Does anyone have a phone number to Dodge in Michigan I can call and cancel the build and get my deposit back?

 

You should be able to just contact the dealer that you did the deal with and tell them you decided you don't want the vehicle and they have to return the money. It wasn't non-refundable. As long as it wasn't some odd combination of options they can just put it in their inventory and sell it off the lot. I am speaking from the way I have dealt with other car dealers and not specifically Dodge dealers, but I would assume they all work pretty much the same way.

 

Are you still planning to get a new Durango?
