I don't plan on operating my vehicle in reverse when the kids are watching finding nemo or playing Xbox. In reality how often to you check your review mirror when taking long road trips? Besides that's why I got a reverse camera

Personally, I check my rearview mirror several times a minute whenever I drive. It doesn't matter when or where, and I think your 21" screen would be a huge distraction and block a lot of vision.

Yeah me too. Hopefully anyone not using their rear view mirror could be nice enough to let others know when they plan to take their trip and I can avoid the highway lol

driving down I-80 with the cruise control on, on a beautiful sunny day ill be sure to not drive in reverse down I-80 where ill need to use my rear view mirror. On another note, i can see what is behind me at all times with the backup camera on... or the side view cameras if i need to.. you think people with trailers and boats can see out of there rear view mirror?

If he didn't want opinions then why would the OP put it in a forum. I/we are just saying what we think. Nobody told him to take it out. Hell, might as well put in a 42" plasma for all I care.
