Our's kind of looks like the one in the link. It is hard to see in the picture but ours also has sides to keep the kid crumbs in it. It came from Baby's R Us. Another thing I do is to recline the second row seat a click or two (the pic makes it look a lot worse then it really is) so all the presure is not solely on the top corners.
Got the towel on the other side for the Dogs.

Mine is sold at BuyBuyBaby and its manufactured by Summer Infant. I took it out of my 2008 Chrysler Aspen and was really impressed on how it caught all the crumbs and crap the baby and my wife dropped that was missed by the seat along with the marks it didn't leave after 3 years of having a seat strapped in. I was sold and put it into my D right away.
