Anyone have any experience with MGP caliper covers?

a friend of mine has them on his Jeep. i think they look silly...but to each their own. heres some pics...

thanx man, i wish i could see a set in person so i would know if they were worth while!

they look ok off the truck...but on the truck they completely dwarf the rotors

Really.. so maybe better off leaving them or simply painting the calipers and rotor hats black to keep them clean and less noticable!

I dont know....the wk2 Grand Cherokee


and Durango calipers are ugly as sin! I dont think i will waste my time painting them. I do know that the durango and wk2 grand cherokee use the same front/rear spindles...so a Brembo conversion may be in my plans! I thought maybe the 2nd gen Jeep SRT front and rear brembos....but they would be crazy expensive for a few years and the fronts are 6 pistons and HUGE. So Ill probably go with the 1st gen SRT Brembos. At the least i can have brackets made for the Brembos.

sounds nice scott... i said screw it and ordered a set in red/silver fill with Mopar engraving, i'll try em out i've wasted money on stupider things before!

My next temptation is wheels, had my 335i for 3 years and changed wheels yearly. 2 sets of HRE's and a set of BBS LM's but I'm trying to be good... Temptation sucks!

Im the same....LOL. I said this durango was good enough...but I keep finding little things it needs....ie. Hid's in lows/fogs, tinted tails, 730N, door sills, R1 rotors and some performance.....LOL.

Lol exactly... I haven't stopped ordering **** in the 2 weeks I've had it, my girl keeps telling me I thought u were gonna be good and actually drive this one...lol! My ocd kicks in, I clean my cars/trucks and they sit!
