2012 Durango - 2nd Row Captains Chairs and more...
Found this site with info on the 2012 Durango. Looks like there is a 2nd row option to get captains chairs!
Anything else folks notice as big changes from the 2011? I was seriously considering buying a 2011, but given this option on the 2012, I might have to wait.
As well this brochure has information on the new 2012 - including new colors:

I also notice when you go to build the 2012 durango on dodge.com you can no longer get the tow package with the 3.6 pentastar and its only available on the Hemi, I guess they think that only people who tow only want a V8. Little sad because the Pentastar was the best of both worlds. High towing weight, but also much better mpg than the Hemi.

I'm not sure the captain's chairs are going to be an option in '12. The owners manual for my 2012 says nothing at all about how to operate second row captain's chairs, and I have the full manual that you have to call Dodge for.
Also the 6spd transmission seems like a marketing gimick. I have been getting the exact same gas mileage as people have been with the 5spd, and the owners manual says that while the transmission is in "Drive" it only uses 5 gears. I don't have the manual infront of me but I believe it said the sequence is "1, 2, 4, 5, 6". You can manually shift it through all 6 gears.
Dodge customer service has also clarified for me that the 1 year of Sirius Backseat TV is no longer included on the 2012 models, neither is the 3 year/36,000 mile maintenance plan.
So if you can still pick up a 2011 I would definitely go that route over getting a 2012. You can get rebates and lower finance rates on the 2011s.
