The new 2012 Durangos have a different front grill badge than the 2011s. The 2012 emblem has the 2 red hash marks. Does anyone know if the 2011 badges can be swapped out for the 2012s or is the grill cut differently?

The 2012 badge is not different the the 2011. My 2012 R/T and my Fathers 2012 Citadel both have the same badge you have.

They just started putting the new emblem on in the last month or so. Early build 2012's have the old emblem.

Mine had the regular dodge badge, I plastic-dipped it anyhow to make in blend into the black grille... Good luck!

Good question, from what I've see it looks to be just clipped on the grill and can be removed if wanted.

Not as simple as just removing it the grille has certain recesses for it that would be exposed

I have the new badge for sale as I am replacing my citadel grill with a new a crew grille and it came with the new badge. I had purchased the new badge separately on eBay for nearly 50 shipped but no longer need it. Pm me if anyone wants it for $45 shipped. It's brand new OEM for the Durango.

Would like to order the part from the dealer and install. I will find out part number at next oil change.
