Default So much for chromeline molding

Got my first paint chip this past weekend from a #@#@##ing valet at the breakers hotel in palm beach while visiting some friends there. I washed the car before going down, washed after getting back, the right door was NEVER parked next to another spot the whole trip except for the valets, and while washing on sunday, there's a chip right on that door crease. You'd think with all the fancy cars they park there that they would be careful.

And I installed the chromeline molding too!!!! After I had installed it, I was looking at it wondering just how well it would work beneath the crease because of the extreme angle of the door. I wish I had ignored their instructions and mounted it a lot higher.

My suggestion to others, is mount it as close to that seam as possible.

Sorry to hear that. I'll be taking a trip up to the breakers for memorial day and won't valet park.

Good luck. They don't have self parking. Unless you're a member I think.

Enjoy. It's a really nice hotel. Just can't believe of all the places to get my first "ding".....
