The battery in the 2012 Durango. They say it is under the passenger seat but I just looked there and all I see is a computer like object. Please asset me in the search.
Thanks Mike

it is under the passenger seat. Pull the front pass seat all the way forward, fold it forward and then pull the floor flap up. The battery is right under the flap.

Thanks , I just called today to get the missing manuals for both cars. I never new they had additional manuals other then the DVD and that useless tiny book. I wanted to take off the neg. lead when the Volant CAI come in. The Challenger is easy in 2010 they put it in the trunk. Are you anywhere near Princeton NJ. That is where the family lives.

I didn't even know that the front seat bent forward. WOW I feel like an idiot for sure. Well I only had it for a few weeks and been detailing the hell out of it. I am not happy the wife picked black. It is a b__--t to keep clean. But I love to work on the beast almost as much as my true baby the Chally. Thanks for the location.

Did you find the "hidden" owners manual in the top of the glove box?

Mike,

You can download a manual at the link below for free. Just put in the year and model and hit download.

Thanks one and all. No there was no hidden manuals in the secret compartment in the glove box. I downloaded the manuals just now. I am still looking in them to show the picture of the battery. But thanks to you all I do know how to get to it.

Even better is the hidden storage area under the drivers seat. Open it up the same as the battery box under the passenger seat. A great place to store important items.
