I'm emailing Dodge directly to ensure a fit first. If it does, I'm all over this addition. I'd be surprised to find out that it doesn't fit. Considering the recent financial history plaguing the American Auto Industry, it would likely benefit Chrysler/Dodge to use as many interchangeable parts as possible. Just FYI, I found a site that lists the part numbers of this steering wheel by color:

Part #82212768: Red stitching and grips
Part #82212769: Blue stitching and grips
Part #82212770: Silver stitching and grips

Here's the site:

I will post any response I receive from Dodge.

My fingers are definitely crossed!!!

I know, but I was just using the site to provide reference numbers for the part when investigating the fit and contacting Dodge. Thought it could be useful information for all of us considering the purchase.

I sent an email to Steve White Motors (they are who I got the bug deflector from...which I returned, and my mopar pedals) to ask about a discount for a Group Buy if Dodge responds with good news regarding compatibility...

Hey guys,

Still waiting to hear back from the parts department at my dealer on this but I did receive a response from Steve White motors on eBay. Here is what they told me, looks promising, though I think info from a dealer might beat the time associated:

"We can offer a discount for forum customers. We are currently working on a project here and will be attempting a test fit on durango as well as there has been lots of intrest on this. I will keep you posted on our findings as well. Thank you for shopping with us.
josh"

I will keep posting updates on this as I learn more. Oh, and the CAI arrived today. Looks like a night project is in order once the little guy hits the sack...woot woot!

Just got the call back from the parts department and they said its only listed as a part for the Challenger or Charger. However, one of their techs did a steering wheel replacement on a 2012 "D" and said the picture of the center of this steering wheel appears eerily similar to that of the Durango.

At this point I'm going to elect to hold out until Steve White motors gets back to me on their supposed "test project" and see what they say. I've a sneaking suspicion the part is the same but taking the time to have it mounted by a dealer is something I simply won't have until the end of the month. If anyone else travels the path less taken on this, please keep us informed on whether or not the figment is compatible.

Again, dope find CMil!
