Lamin X is a colored film u put directly over the lighting lense, headlights, fogs. Will give a little bit of colored illumination but not substantial. Your bulbs give the true color illumination. I like the fact when the lights are off the lense is blue colored and also protects the them. Checkout LaminX.com

Im just trying to find an alternative to HID's until someone comes out with a good housing that HID's will not burn. Dodge had to put the gayest bulb on the planet in the crappiest housings EVER! I have 5000k D1s bulbs and the yellow stock fog bulbs look awful....plus they are about useless anyway. Why not replace a useless bulb with a better looking useless bulb????? LOL

Why not just get 5000K H11 halogen for the low beam and 5000K H16 bulb for the fog?

I have oem HID's...and like I said above...owners here and on jeepgarage have had hid's burn/melt their oem fog housings
