Default Any UConnect updates lately?

Wouldn't mind better bluetooth streaming quality. And more preset spots.

For me the bluetooth sound quality is fine. My problem is the delay. I have an ipad mounted headrest that my kids use to watch movies (ie. netflix). But almost all the time, the streaming sound to the Durango gets out of sync with the video, making it annoying to watch the video. Any fixes for this?

My RHR totally took a crap a few weeks ago. It'll get stuck on one station, won't respond, camera won't turn on, etc. I flashed it myself with the latest rev online(2.120), but it was still hosed. I took it in and they said they had one other with similar issues, and were waiting on an update. Apparently they said it fixed it and I'm taking mine in friday to see. I still think it's a bad HDD, but we'll see what version is on there after.

I think I got some sort of update last week Thursday. When I started the vehicle, there was a quick flash on the screen that said something like "System Update". I was having problems with my iPod - everytime I would connect it, Shuffle would be checked. I'd turn shuffle off, and then if I changed albums or playlist, it would turn itself back on. After that update, havent had the problem again.

sorry about the bad hard disk. Mine would forget settings (stations, and forget where home was) all of the time i put the 2.120 update on and now it is working perfectly.

I would recommend that everyone install this update. The stereo finally works as expected.

This is because of the processing that has to go on in order for the audio to be streamed. You are watching the movie in real time, the audio then is streamed to Uconnect and then ran thru the radio. This is similar to the delay that you would hear on the radio when you went to a concert. Remember listening to the radio station that was sponsoring the concert, you're jamming along and then you turn into the parking lot, you hear the radio and then you heard the pa speakers at the event. Remember the delay?
Even simpler, have the tv on in 1 room(like the bedroom) and another 1 on in a different room (maybe the kitchen), stand in a room somewhat a little more than 1/2 way between the 2 TV's. Hear that delay.
Anyway, I'll tell you what I heard will be the next big BT thing that their working on. They are working on a way for:
When you're watching a video and streaming audio to the vehicle or even wireless speakers in the home, office etc, the device that you're streaming with will know that you're streaming and add a delay to match the streaming audio. Pretty cool huh.
So as for now, no there isn't a fix and it's not the Uconnect that the issue is with, it's simple electronic delay and real time difference.

Hey Happy,
unfortunately there isn't a newer update than what I hooked you up with a while back. I don't think that you can get more preset locations on the radio with any update.

Damn this kinda kills my whole ipad theater setup. Now if there were a software fix in the ipad to match the delay that would be cool!

The absolute fix for this would be a VIDEO delay setting in the source device.
This would go for home blu-ray and dvd players etc...also!
All my home receivers have an audio delay which only makes the problem worse.
